This is from the province Gallia Narbonensis. Strasser interprets this as a decree of the worldwide Dionysiac performers (rather than merely a victors' list). The "sacred synod (synodos) in Rome" is mentioned along with several comic singers (komōdoi) and flutists (choraulai).
