Ornate round base of marble.

The association (koinon) of Haliads and Haliasts (i.e. devotees of the god Helios and his offspring) honored and crowned with an olive crown in perpetuity Stratonika, the benefactor from Halikarnassos, because of the goodwill and pursuit of honor which she continues to have towards the group (plēthos) of Haliads and Haliasts.
