Base of marble (154 x 65.5 x 49 cm). Found in the modern town of Söğüt (ancient Synnada), about 65 km east southeast of Akmoneia (near Dokimeion).

The People and the Roman settlers (katoikountes) honored Lucius Arruntius Thyrsos, who served as market-overseer in an upright and extravagant manner.
