Base of white marble made from two blocks. Two blocks found separately in the sanctuary of the Syrian Pure Goddess, Atargatis, and near the theatre (inv. Ε 601).

. . . On behalf of the Athenian People (?) . . ., the Roman People, and the therapeutists (therapeutai), Kleostratides son of . . . Apollonios, Athenian (?), . . . dedicated the . . . (structure or items) and the throne to Pure Aphrodite (?) . . ., Syrian Goddess, as a thanksgiving when . . . Nikostratos son of Demaretos from Lamptrai subdivision was priest (hiereus) (?) . . . .  The throne was set up when Aischrion . . . son of Aischrion from Melite subdivision (?) . . . was priest, Demetrios was temple-warden (zakoros), and . . . Eutychides (?) . . . was public servant.
