Round altar of marble (67.5 x 176 cm). Philokrates and his wife, Hormorode, as well as other family members, also appear in a list of immigrants who contributed towards some civic project (see IRhodJ 6 on this site).

Philokrates, citizen of Ilion, who was granted the right of residence, has been honored by the association (koinon) of contributors (eranistai) of the Isis-devotees (Isiastai) according to the decree of Dexagoras; he has been honored by the fellow-sacrificers (synthythai) who are Rhodiasts (Rhodiastai) that possess the right to residence; he has been crowned by the devotees of Hermes (Hermaistai) and the Law-Bringing deity (Thesmophoriastai) with a gold crown; he has been crowned by the Philokrateian contributors (eranistai) of the Mation sub-division (ktoinetai) with a gold crown; he has been crowned by the Kamirians with an olive crown; and, he had been chorus-leader three times.  His wife Hermorode daughter of Hermogenes, Selgian, also honored him.
