Year 3 of the Lord Titus Caesar. Herakles son of Lysis, performer of the sacrifices (hieropoios) and chief president (archiprytanis) built the temple (hieron) of the Savior gods from his own resources on the 13th of Epiphi. For good (fortune). Place of the stonemasons (laxoilaxeutai [?]): Ptolemaios, Soter, Palemous, Ammonius, Serapion son of Soter.  For good (fortune).

ἔτους γʹ [Τί]του Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου, θεοῖς Σωτῆρσι | Ἡρα[κλῆς] Λύσιδος, [ἱερο]ποιὸς [καὶ] ἀρχιπρύτανις, | ὁ οἰκοδομήσας τὸ ἱε[ρὸν] θε<ῶ>ν Σωτήρων | ἐκ τοῦ ἰδ[ίου], Ἐπεὶφ ιγʹ, ἐπ’ ἀγαθῶι. τόπος· λαξοῖ Πτολεμᾶις, Σωτὴρ, Παλεμοῦς, || Ἀμμώνι[ος], Σαραπίων Σωτῆρος, ἐπ’ ἀγαθῶι.
