Lower left part of a block of marble (14 x 24 x 24 cm; letter height: 1.5 cm). Originally purchased in Anapa town in 1910. Now lost.

[— — —] ᾗ ὄνο[μα] | [— —]νώμη, ἐ̣{α}φ’ {ἐφ’} ᾧ τε ᾖ ἀ[νέ]|παφος καὶ ἀνεπηρέαστος̣ [ἀπό] | τε ἐμοῦ καὶ παντός μο[υ] || κληρονόμου, προσμέ[νου]|σα τῇ προσευ[χῇ].
