According to this, Karops of Phaleron subdivision and the sacrificing-associates of the hero leased the garden to Thrasyboulos of Alopeke subdivision at a rate of 20 drachmas each year for thirty years. Now the rent is to be paid in the month of Thargelia. If he wants, Thrasyboulos may build in the area beyond the water-drain using his own funds. When the time of the lease runs out (or: is cancelled), Thrasyboulos is to leave, taking with him the tile-work, woodwork, and doors, if no one among Karops and the sacrificing-associates persuades him otherwise. Thrasyboulos set up the plaque (stele) in the temple with a copy of the terms of the agreement. Time: when Nikokrates was leading as civic leader (archon). Now the temple is to be declared pure.
