Here an institution or group (perhaps sacred-victors or performers) honors Claudius Chionis, son of Claudius Philostratos, who had been a prophet, high-priest of Asia, prefect at Rome, and Roman military commander. Although the name of the group that had set up the honors is lost, the inscription does clearly indicate that Chionis had been "patron of the sacred-victors from the world" (πρ[ό]|ξενος τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς οἰκο[υ]|μένης ἱερονεικῶν; lines 11-13), a guild of athletes or performers.

See description.
