Histria (Scythia and Moesia, Danube and Black Sea areas — Pleiades map), II BCE
IHistria 61
= AGRW ID# 17669
Copenhagen Inventory info: 1210
This is the second of two very fragmentary inscriptions that refer to a group of "Tauriasts" (Tauriastai), most likely devotees of Poseidon Taureios (i.e. Poseidon to whom you sacrifice bulls). In this inscription, the group honors a man with a bronze image and with crowns. See also IHistria 57 (decree honoring Aba) and IHistria 60 on this site.
Too fragmentary to translate.
