Slab of marble broken at the top and bottom (22.5 x 35 x 9.5 cm; letter height: 1.1-1.3 cm). In this fragment of an honorary decree, the society-members (thiasitai) set up statues of a benefactor who also made benefactions for the harbour and the city.

Too fragmentary to translate.

[τ]οῦ λιμένος [— — —] | ναῦν μακρὰν κατασκευαξάμ[ενος] | ἐκ τῶν ἰδίων τόν τε λιμένα κ[αὶ τὰς] | [ἀ]κτὰς ἀπολεμήτους ἐτήρησε[ν] || [κα]ὶ τὸ πλοῖον ἐδωρήσατο τᾷ πόλε[ι]· | [ἀ]π’ ἀρχᾶς τε φιλότειμος ἐὼν το[ῦ] | θιάσου ἐπανγέλλεται ἀεί τινος | ἀγαθοῦ παραίτιος ἐσεῖσθαι τοῖς | θιασείταις· ὅπως οὖν καὶ ὁ θίασο[ς] || φανῆται τοὺς ἀγαθοὺς τῶν ἀνδρῶ[ν] | ταῖς ἀξίαις τειμῶν χάρισιν· | [δεδ]ό[χθα]ι τοῖς θιασείταις· σ̣[τε]|[φανοῦν — — —] | [— — —]
