Pedestal found in the temple of Aphrodite. In the Epigraphical Museum in 1961 (inv. KM 45).

This was dedicated to Aphrodite Paphia (“of Paphos”).  The League of Cypriots set this up for Potamon son of Aigyptos, among those who have served as leaders of the gymnasium in Paphos and have been leaders, and a member of the performers (technitai) gathered around Dionysos and the benefactor gods (i.e. Ptolemaic royalty) for the sake of goodwill.
