Those working on Delos set this up for Gaius Billienus son of Gaius, legate (presbeutēs) of the Romans, because of his benefaction towards them.

Agasias son of Menophilos, Ephesian, made this.

(added ca. 87 BCE:) Aristandros son of Skopas from Parion restored this.

Γάιον Βιλλιῆνον Γαίου υἱόν, πρεσβευτὴν | Ῥωμαίων, οἱ ἐν Δήλωι ἐργαζόμενοι, εὐεργεσίας | ἕνεκεν τῆς εἰς ἑαυτοὺς ἀνέθηκαν. | Ἀγασίας Μηνοφίλου Ἐφέσιος ἐποίει. || {added, ca. 87 BCE:} Ἀρίστανδρος Σκόπα Πάριος ἐπεσκεύασεν.
