Base of white marble (82 x 53 x 46 cm). Found in 1911 in Sarapis sanctuary C (inv. Ε 675).

Those who wear black (melanēphoroi) and the therapeutists (therapeutai) set this up for Dionysios son of Dionysios from Sphettos subdivision on account of his virtue, piety, and care for them.  This was dedicated to Sarapis, Isis, Anubis, and Harpokrates.

Διονύσιον Διονυσίου Σφήττιον, | ἱερέ̣[α γε]νόμενον, οἱ μελανηφό[ροι] | καὶ ο[ἱ] θεραπευταὶ ἀρε[τῆς ἕνεκεν καὶ] | εὐσε[β]είας καὶ ἐπιμελείας τῆς εἰς αὑ[τούς], || [Σ]αρά[π]ιδι, Ἴσιδι, Ἀνούβιδι, Ἁρποκράτει.
