Translation by: Harlandὁ δῆμος καὶ ǀ οἱ πραγματευόμεǀνοι Ῥωμαῖοι ἐτείǀμησαν Κόϊντον ǀǀ Βαίβιον Φοῦσκον ǀ ἐπιεικῶς καὶ φιǀλανθρώπως παǀρεπιδημήσαντ̣α.
