Small rectangular base with a slot for inserting a funerary slab (14 x 29 x 23 cm).

The association (koinon) of devotees of the Samothracian gods (Samothraikiastai; or, possibly: of Samothracians) honored Moschion of Phaselis with a gold crown, and he was honored by the celebrators of the Panathenaia festival (Panathenaistai) with an olive crown and by the Aphrodite-devotees (Aphrodiastai) with an olive crown.  (relief of a crown to the right of the inscription)

τὸ κοινὸν τὸ Σαμοθραικιαστᾶν | ἐτίμασε Μοσχίωνα | Φασηλίταν χρυσέωι | στεφάνωι καὶ ὑπὸ | Παναθηναϊστᾶν || θαλλίνωι καὶ ὑπὸ | Ἀφροδισιαστᾶν θαλλίνωι. {with a crown to the right of the inscription}
