Those who wear black (melanēphoroi) and the therapeutists (therapeutai) set this up for Eukrates son of Dionysios (?) and grandson of Seuthos from Paiania subdivision, who was holder of the keys (kleidouchos) in the year when Kallias was civic leader (archōn) and when Dikaios son of Dikaios from Ionidai subdivision was priest (hiereus), on account of the virtue and goodwill which he has towards us and the piety he has towards the deities. This was dedicated to Sarapis, Isis, Anubis, and Harpokrates when Dosithea daughter of Straton from Rhamnous subdivision was basket-bearer (kanēphoros).
Eutychides made this.
This was done when Apollonios was serving as temple-warden (zakoros).
