Three fragments of the top of a base (inv. Ε 92 αβ and 103). For further discussion of Philostratos of Askalon, see the descriptions of IDelos 1717-1718 on this site.

Italians (Italikoi) set this up for . . . Philostratos son of Philostratos (?) . . ., working as a banker . . . on Delos (?), and his sons because of their righteousness and generosity.  This was dedicated to Apollo.
