The ferrymen (porthmeis) crown the protectors of foreigners (xenophylakes; i.e. perhaps responsible for toll-collecting) who are in charge in the year of Leon (i.e. eponymous official of the city): . . . Name son of Name . . ., Sosipatros (?) son of Name . . . , Neileas son of Neileas (?), the commander of the fleet, on account of virtue and their care for them.
