Fragment of a round base of marble (40 cm in diameter; letter height: 1.5-2.0 cm). The sanctuary of Apollo Erethimios (in the modern village of Theologos or Tholos) was located about half-way between Ialysos and Kamiros on the northeastern coast of the island. An association with a similar name (with a slight spelling difference) is also attested in an inscription from Kamiros (see IKamiros 87 on this site).

The association (koinon) of Ialysians who are devotees of Erethimios (Erethimiazontes) honored Teisagoras son of Teisagoras, priest of Apollo Erethimios (“Averter of Mildew”) . . . with a commendation (?), a gold crown, . . . a bronze (?) . . .  image, . . . with foremost seats in (?) . . . the gatherings (agōnes) . . . for meals in (?) . . in the building for sacred sacrifices (hierothyteion).
