The association (koinon) of devotees of Aphrodite (Aphrodiastai) and the Savior god (Soteriastai) honored Ploutarchos son of Heliodoros with three gold crowns, with the title of benefactor, with public proclamations of the honor in the meetings (synodoi) for ever, and with an bronze image because of his virtue, goodwill, love of glory, and righteousness which he continues to have towards the devotees of Aphrodite and the Savior god. He has been director of contests, treasurer, and commander. He has been appointed among the judges by lot, elected to the office in charge of foreigners (xenoi), and served as president. He has been crowned by the association (koinon) of his fellow-presidents and the secretary of the Council with two gold crowns. He has been crowned with a gold crown by the association (koinon) of commanders who shared this office. He has been crowned with a gold crown by the association (koinon) of treasurers who shared this office. This is dedicated to the gods.
