Base of red marble found in the ruins of a Byzantine church (42 x 72 x 62 cm).

Alexandros son of Kephalon has been honored by the devotees of Adonis (Adoniastai), Aphrodite (Aphrodisiastai), and Asklepios (Asklepiastai) who are in Aulai with a gold crown–along with his wife Nysa from Kos.  Epaphroditos from Kos has been honored by the devotees of Heroes (Heroistai) and Samothracian deities (Samothrakiastai) with a gold crown–along with his wife Tryphera from Ephesos.

Ἀλεξάνδρου Κεφαλλᾶνος τειμαθέν[τος] | ὑπὸ Ἀδωνιαστᾶν Ἀφροδεισιαστᾶν | Ἀσκλαπιαστᾶν τῶν ἐν Αὐλαῖς | χρυσέῳ στεφάνῳ || καὶ τᾶς γυναικὸς αὐτοῦ Νύσας Κῴας | καὶ Ἐπαφροδείτου Κῴου τιμα|θέντος ὑπὸ Ἡροειστᾶν Σαμ̣[ο]|θρᾳκιαστᾶν χρυσέῳ στεφά|νῳ καὶ τᾶς γυναικὸς αὐτ[οῦ] || Τρυφέρας Ἐφεσ[ίας].
