… Memorial of Name (?) … who prepared it for himself, for his most sweet … wife (?), Matrona, and for our common children.  I forbid anyone else from being buried here.  Now if anyone dares … to deposit (?) … another here, he will pay one thousand denarii to the most sacred association (synedrion) of sack–bearers (sakkophoroi) of the harbour.

[ὑπόμνημα] ǀ [τοῦ δεῖνος ὃ κατε]σκεύασεν ἑαυτῷ καὶ τῇ γλυ[κυτάτῃ] ǀ [γυναικὶ] Ματρώνῃ καὶ τοῖς κοινοῖς ἡμῶν τέ[κνοις]· ǀ [τοῖς δὲ] λοιποῖς ἀπαγορεύω· εἰ δέ τις τολμήσῃ ἕτε[ρον] ǀǀ [καταθέσθαι], δώσει τῷ ἱερωτάτῳ συνεδρίῳ τῶν σακκοǀφόρων λιμενειτῶν 𐆖 {denarius symbol} ͵Α.
