Slab of limestone broken in two (175 x 58 x 22 cm; letter height: 5 cm ). Found at Kerch, now in the Ethnographic Museum of Ivanovo.

The synod (synodos) gathered around Publius Julianus the priest, Antisthenes the father (patēr), Leimanos the synagogue-leader (synagōgos), and Agathopous the goodness-loving official (philagathos), and the rest of the synod-members (synodeitai) set this up in memory of their own society-member (thiasitēs), Sambion (?) son of Bageus (?) in the 501st year on the 5th of the month of Artemision.
