Plaque of white marble with a tusk tenon for insertion into another stone (83cm x 32-42.5 x 5). A relative of the L. Octavius Pollion in this inscription may be found in TAM V 85.

Year 250 (of the Sullan era), after the passing of ten days in the month of Dios.  The synod (synodos) of the carpenters honored Philetarios son of L. Octavius Pollion, who lived 23 years and 9 months.  Farewell!

[ἔ]τους σνʹ, μη(νὸς) Δίο[υ] | [ιʹ ἀ]πι(ούσῃ), Φιλέταιρον Λ. Ὀ|[κ]ταβίου Πωλλίωνος | ἡ σύνοδος τῶν τεκτό||νων ἐτείμησεν ζήσαν|τα ἔτη κγʹ μῆ(νας) θʹ | χαῖρε.
