Slab of marble decorated with crowns (99 x 41.5 x 105 cm).

Year 239 (of the Sullan era), 9th of the month of Apellaios.  The guild (homotechnon) of clothing-cleaners (or: fullers; gnapheis) honored Papias son of Artemidoros, who lived 75 years.

ἔτους σλθ', μη(νὸς) Ἀπελλαί|ου θ'. Παπίαν Ἀρτεμιδώ|ρου ἐτείμησεν τὸ ὁμότε|χον (sic) τῶν γναφέων, ζήσαν||τα ἔτη οε'.
