Broken slab of white marble with a large olive crown at the top (42.5 x 33 x 5.5 cm; letter height: 1.7 cm).

Year 268 (of the Sullan era) on the 7th of the month of Peritios.  The guild (synergasia) of linen-workers (linourgoi) honored Pantagathos son of Achilleus, who lived six years.
