Slab of marble with pediment (decorated with a disk and flower), acroteria, and a relief of a wreath, now in the Izmir museum (70 x 34 x 5.5 cm).

Year 294 (of the Sullan era), on the 3rd day of the month of Audnaios.  The guild (synergasia) of linen-workers (linourgoi) honored Hermothestos, who lived 16 years.

Ἔτ(ους) σqδʹ, μη(νὸς) Αὐδναίου γʹ· | ἐτίμησεν ἡ συν|εργασία τῶν λινουρ|γῶν Ἑρμόθεστον || vac. ζή(σαντα) ἔτ(η) ιςʹ vac.
