Slab of limestone broken in three (205 x 49 x 15 cm; letter height: 4 cm-7cm). Found at Kerch in 1909, now in Kerch Historical and Archaeological Museum.

The synod (synodos) gathered around Julius Neikephoros the priest, Seitalkes II the father (patēr) of the synod, Mastous son of Antimachos the synagogue-leader (synagōgos), Julius Zenodoros the goodness-loving official (philagathos), Ardaros son of Theophilos the assistant to the goodness-loving official (paraphilagathos), and the rest of the synod–members (synodeitai) set up the monument in memory of Helios Paulinus in the 517th year on the second of the month of Hyperberetaios.
