Slab of marble decorated with crowns with ornate engraving (131 x 53.5-56 x 9 cm).

Year 181 (of the Sullan era), 12th of the month of Apellaios.  Apphys son of Menandros and Meltine honored Apollonios, their son.  Charmos, Apphion and Asklepiades, his brothers; Apollonios his relative connected by marriage with his wife; his mother-in-law and nurturer, Tryphosa, and her husband, Theophilos; and, the sacred association (doumos) and his brotherhood (phratra) honored him with gold crowns.

ἔτους ρπα', μη(νὸς) Ἀπελλαίου ιβ'. Ἀπφῦς | Μενάνδρου καὶ Μελτίνη Ἀπολλώ|νιον τὸν υἱὸν ἐτίμησαν. | Χάρμος καὶ Ἄπφιον καὶ Ἀσκληπιάδη[ς] || οἱ ἀδελφοὶ καὶ Ἀπολλώνιος ὁ γαμ|βρὸς καὶ ἡ γυνὴ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἡ πενθε̣|ρὰ καὶ σύντροφος Τρυφῶσα κ̣[αὶ] | ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς Θ̣εό̣φιλος καὶ ὁ δο̣[ῦ]|μ̣ος ὁ ἱερὸς καὶ ἡ φράτρα αὐτοῦ || σ̣τεφάνοις χρυσέοις ἐτείμησαν̣.
