bibliography

Slab of marble with a relief depicting a bust of a man that was acquired from an antiquities dealer in 1952 (52 x 40 x 6 cm; letter height: 1.5-1.8cm). Now in the Bursa museum (provenance unknown).

The sack-weavers set this up for Ariston, their fellow society-member (synthiasitēs), for the sake of remembrance.
