Slab of beige marble with a pediment and acroteria (94 x 35-39 x 7-10 cm; letter height: 2.7-3.0 cm). Two rosettes are placed under the first two lines of the inscription. Now in the Skhimatari Museum (inv. 1052)

Over the body of Eutychos. The Dionysos-devotees (Dionysiastai) and the vine-dressers (ampelourgoi) buried him.
