To good fortune.  Marcus Fulvius Publicianus Neikephoros, friend of the emperor, Asiarch, and civic president (prytanis) granted two spaces between columns (i.e. shops) to the guild (synergasia) of wine-skin dealers (askomistheis).

For good fortune.  Marcus Fulvius Publicianus Neikephoros, friend of the emperor, Asiarch and civic president (prytanis), granted two spaces between columns to the hemp-workers (kannabarioi) who work in the stoa of Servilius.
