Fragment of a round base. The inscription is reconstructed based on IAdramytt 19, which also involves honors for a man of the Phaleron deme (subdivision).

. . . The People and the Romans engaged in business honored (?) Name . . . of Phaleron (Attic deme or subdivision), friend of the homeland and benefactor.  Marcus Satrius Pollio son of Marcus has supervised (the erection of the monument, or possibly the association of Romans).
