Slab of marble broken in four pieces (29 x 24.2 x 3 cm). Now in the Museo Archeologico Nazionale in Naples (inv. 2446). Several lines are missing at both the beginning and the end of the inscription. The translation here is slightly adapted from that of Bresson (with his permission).

(missing lines) . . . son of Ariston, . . . in favor of Valeria Mousa, his wife.  Let the leader of the brotherhood (phrētarchos), bronze-collectors (chalkologoi), manager (phrontistēs), administrators (dioikētai) or anyone else in the brotherhood (phrētria = phratria) of the Aristaians (Aristaioi) not have the authority to change the days established for the sacrifice and banquet.  Also, let the twelve hundred denarii not be loaned out in amounts of more than two hundred fifty denarii per borrower–city included.  Let the leader of the brotherhood, bronze-collectors, manager, administrators, or any other member of the brotherhood of the Aristaians not have the authority to take a warrant among themselves; nor will loans be made on good faith.  Let the member of another brotherhood whom the borrower appoints as warrant be introduced in an assembly (agarris) of the brotherhood and, if this pleases the assembly of the brotherhood–just as has been decreed concerning the leader of the brotherhood and the bronze-collectors–let the loan procedure be carried out by those mentioned above.  Let the borrowers return the bronze money on the seventh of the month of Pantheon in a plenary assembly of the brotherhood.  Let the brotherhood put to the vote the names of those to whom it wishes to offer a loan and let the loan procedure take place in this way every year at that time.  In these two days during which they sacrifice and banquet, let appropriate honors be granted to Valeria Mousa.  Let the leader of the brotherhood, bronze-collectors, manager, or administrators have the duty to pass on the deposited or posted written document to those who are subsequently appointed by the brotherhood.  If the leader of the brotherhood, bronze-collectors, manager, administrators, borrowers or any other person contravene anything written above, let the violator pay a fine of two hundred denarii of silver sacred to the gods of the brotherhood . . . and let the exaction . . . (remaining lines lost).
