The Council, the People, and the Roman settlers dedicated this as sacred to Emperor Caesar Augustus Vespasian in the 15xth (154-159th) year.

Αὐτοκράτορα Καίσ̣[αρα] | [Σε]βαστὸν Οὐεσπα[σι|ανὸν καθιέρωσεν | ἡ βουλὴ καὶ ὁ δῆμ[ος] || καὶ οἱ κατοικοῦν[τες] | Ῥωμαῖοι | ἔτους ρ´ καὶ ν´ κα[ὶ .].
