Altar of limestone with acroteria and mouldings above and below (81 x 43-48 x 40-43 cm). A relief on the shaft depicts a figure (the god Men) standing with a spear or staff in the right hand and a round object in the left hand. Found in a house at Pise, likely the site of the village of Plouristria, about 30 km north east of Apameia and about 10-15 km north of Tymandos.
The brotherhood (phratra) gathered around Aur. Artemon Hermokleus dedicated this to Men of Plouristra in fulfillment of a vow.
Translation by: Harland{between acroteria:} οἱ περὶ Αὐρ. {on moulding:} | Ἀρτέμωνα Ἑρμοκλ[έ]|ους φράτρα Μηνὶ | {above relief:} | Πλουριστρέων εὐχήν.
