This was dedicated to Sarapis, Isis and Anubis by the association of ninth-day celebrators (enatistai), who are Dionysios son of Noumenios from Kassandreia (in Macedonia), the head of the society (archithiasitēs), Apollonios the secretary (grammateus) who is a member of those who wear black (melanēphoros), Mnason, Athenion, Komos, Ariston, Rhodippos, Hegias, Apollonios, Dionysios, Philostratos, Demetrios, Straton, Sosistratos, Aristoboulos, Aphrodisios, Diopeithes, Phidias, Drakon, Aischrion, Apollonios, Aphrodisios, Agathokles, Baliton, Asklepiades, Diodoros.
(In a crown:) The association of society-members crowned Dionysios, the head of the society, because of his virtue, his piety towards the gods, and his generosity (literally: love of honor) towards the society-members
(In another crown:) The association of society-members crowned Apollonios the secretary who is a member of those who wear black.
