Slab of white marble (48 x 35 x 7 cm). Found in 1881 in the sanctuary of the Syrian goddess (Pure Aphrodite = Atargatis; inv. Α 1033).

On behalf of themselves, their wives, their children, the therapeutists (therapeutai), and Philippos the chief official (archizapphēs), . . . Name son of Artemidoros from Antioch, Artemidoros son of Isidoros from Miletos (?), and the therapeutists dedicated from their own resources the . . . (structure or structures). . . near the gates (?) to the Pure (Hagne) Goddess, . . (other deities’ names), and to Asklepios when Philoxenos son of Philoxenos from Sounion (?) subdivision was priest (hiereus).
