Those who wear black (melanēphoroi) and the therapeutists (therapeutai) dedicated the base to Isis Aphrodite according to a command (of the deity) on behalf of the Athenian People and Roman People when Theomnestos son of Theogenes from Kydathenaion subdivision was priest (hiereus) and while Nysios was serving as temple-warden (zakoros).
