Base of white marble (74.5 x 44 x 43 cm). Found in 1911 in Sarapis sanctuary C (inv. Ε 676).

Those who wear black (melanēphoroi) and the therapeutists (therapeutai) dedicated the base to Isis Aphrodite according to a command (of the deity) on behalf of the Athenian People and Roman People when Theomnestos son of Theogenes from Kydathenaion subdivision was priest (hiereus) and while Nysios was serving as temple-warden (zakoros).

[Ἴσ]ιδι Ἀφρ[οδ]ίτ[ῃ] <τὸ> βῆμα κατὰ | πρό[σ]τα[γμα] ἀνέθηκαν | [οἱ] μελανηφόροι κ[α]ὶ οἱ θεραπευταὶ | [ὑπ]ὲρ τοῦ δήμου [τ]οῦ Ἀθ[ηναίω]ν || [καὶ] τοῦ δήμου τοῦ Ῥω[μ]α[ίων], | [ἐπ]ὶ ἱερέως Θεομνήστου [το]ῦ | [Θ]εογένου Κυδαθηναιέ[ως], | [ζ]ακορεύοντος Νυσίου.
