Krateia (a.k.a. Flaviopolis) was located about 50 km east of Bithynion (also called Claudiopolis).

To good fortune.  Apollonios Sainianos dedicated the altar to Zeus Bennios, whose nature is to hear, in return for benefactions from the association (bennos) to him and because of the piety and honor which he has towards the association.

ἀγαθῇ τύχῃ· Διὶ̣ Β̣ε̣ν̣ίῳ ἐπηκόῳ Ἀπολλώνιος Σαινιανὸς ἀντὶ τῶν εἰς αὐτὸν ἐκ τοῦ βέν|νους εὐεργεσιῶν εὐσεβείας ἕνεκα καὶ τε̣[ιμ]ῆς τῆς πρὸς τὸ βέννος τὸν βωμὸν ἀνέθηκα.
