To good fortune.  Chrestos son of Telesphoros, the measurer (prometrēs; or: surveyor), who was chief of the club for the fifth time in an irreproachable manner, used his own resources to dedicate this, together with the table, to Herakles for the most sacred guild (synergion).

ἀ̣γ̣αθῆι τ̣[ύχηι]. | Χρῆστος Τελεσφό|ρου προμέτρης δεκα|νεύσας εʹ ἀμέμπτως || τῷ ἱερωτάτῳ συνεργίῳ | ἐκ τῶν ἰδίων ἀνέθηκα | τὸν Ἡρακλέα | σὺν̣ [τ]ῇ̣ τρ̣α̣π̣έζῃ.
