Delos (Southwestern islands, Asia Minor — Pleiades map), 153-88 BCE

bibliography

Small flat base (5 x 36.5 x 32 cm). Date of discovery and provenance unknown (inv. Α 1000). The fact that the dedication is to Poseidon suggests the possibility that this comes from the meeting-place of the Berytians, however.

Dionysios son of Zenodoros, benefactor, dedicated this to Poseidon.
