Small plaque of yellowish limestone (31.3 x 11.5 x 3.0 cm). Found in the late 1930s in a dining room located on the main processional road leading to the temple of Soknebtynis in Tebtynis. Now in the Museo Egizio di Torino (121195).

This was dedicated when Onnophris son of Potamon was the president (prostatēs) of the synod (synodos) of Dorophoros.
