Slab of marble with a relief of two eagles and a crown above a fragmentary inscription (letter height: 2.5-2.8 cm). Found at Nedvigovka in 1869-70, now in Hermitage (inv. TH 314, TH 329). See the drawing by Stephani below.

For good fortune. Vow to Theos Hypsistos (“Highest god”) during the reign of king Tiberius Julius Rheskouporis, friend of Caesar and friend of the Romans, pious one, by the adopted brothers (eispoiētoi adelphoi) . . . who revere Theos Hypsistos, who set up the monument, inscribing their names alongside Name son of Name the elder (?) . . . Phannes son of Name . . . Herakleides son of Attas, Phoreranos son of . . . Name, Ardinzianos son of Chrysippos, Pharnakes II (?), Psycharion son of Phidanos, Ompsalakos son of Phazinamos, Menios son of Hermes, . . . Athenodoros son of Phazinamos . . .
