Ionic entablature above the columns of the portico (13 x 66 x 18 cm). Located west of the Agora of the Italians. This very fragmentary bilingual dedication inscription by the Hermes-devotees (Hermaistai in Greek = magistrates in Latin) lists the names of members and donors, one of which is identified as a banker (trapezitēs). Legible names include L. Caecilius (a freedman), Zephyros, and Titus Popillius.

Too fragmentary to translate.
