Theotimos son of Theodoros from Rhamnous made the proposition:  Since Diokles gathered together an assembly (synodos) in the sanctuary of Amphiaraos (Amphiaraion) and the temple (hieron) happens to be in need of restoration: the building (oikos) has no doors, the tiling has been broken, part of the wall which is opposite the altar has fallen down, the table of the god has been broken, and the portico is in danger of falling down.  Wanting to restore all of these, those who had gathered together contributed as much as each was able, in order that, restoring these things for the god, all those who wish might have a communal temple for their use.

To good fortune.  It was resolved by the Amphieraists (Amphieraistai) that each was to contribute towards the restoration of the temple as much as each was able, and that the names of those who contributed were to be inscribed on a stone slab and set up alongside the statue of the god.  Furthermore, they resolved that Mnesikleides’s name was also to be inscribed since he joins in the restoration of the temple with them, and also that Onesimides from Rhamnous was to be praised and crowned with an olive crown, since this man has also paid for building the walls for the god where the cistern (or: pond) is, and he has given revenues to the Amphieraists who are with Diokles from Hamaxanteia subdivision to sacrifice each year from the generated revenues.  This too was to be inscribed on the slab.  They also resolved to praise the chief contributing-member (archeranistēs), Diokles son of Dion from Hamaxanteia; the secretary (grammateus), Kalliteles son of Kallios from Lamptrai; and the treasurer, Archestratos son of Aischinos from Erchia, crowning each of them with an olive crown on account of the love of honor and righteousness which they have towards them.   These men are also to supervise the erection and the inscribing of the decree and to give an account of these things.

Those who are rebuilding for the association (koinon): (column 1) Diokles from Hamaxanteia, Antimachos from Oinoe, Kalliteles from Lamptrai, Agathokles from Cholargos, Neopeithes from Kolonos, Timokleides from Hermos, Archestratos from Erchia, Pamphilos from Kephale, Theotimos from Rhamnous, Theomenes from Rhamnous, Alexikrates from Anaphlystos, Agathokles from Epieikia, (column 2) Euphron from Anagyros, Nikon (?) from Astakos, Menandros from Eitaiai, Iason from Cholargos, Demekrates from . . ., Theophilos from Lamptrai, Mnesikleides from Ikaria, Ariston from Cholargos, Archebios from Anagyros, Dionysodoros from Cholargos, and Menekrates from Pithia.
