Aurelius Zipyron, 30 years old, lies buried here. Valeria Mantana dedicated this for her own husband and herself while still alive. If anyone removes this altar, they shall pay 1000 denarii to the city and 500 denarii to the informant. According to the command of my husband, Aurelius Zipyron Dizas, I, Valeria Montana, gave 150 denarii to the banqueting-association (symposium) of the god Souregethēs before the marketplace beside the clock. Using the interest from these funds, they will light the tomb-side fire during the Rose festival (Rosalia). But if they do not light the tomb-side fire, they shall pay double the above written amounts to the associates of the Hero shrine before the Torviana.
