Slab of white marble with a gable, acroteria and two reliefs of large wreaths, now in the Istanbul Archaeological Museum (inv. no. 4797; 86 x 59 x 12 cm). This association, which is attested in six other inscriptions, held athletic games as part of their festivals, which Semnos, along with another man, organized and supervised, and for which they were honored in other inscriptions.

For good fortune! During the fifth year of the official of the sacred things (hieromnemon; i.e., the eponymous civic official of Byzantion) of Domitian Caesar Augustus Germanicus, in the month of Bosporios, the initiates (mystai) of Dionysos Kallon honored Semnos, the slave (or: freedperson) of Lollia Katylle, for acting as priest for two years in an exceedingly brilliant and good manner.
