When Ophelion son of Enation was priest and Syros son of Biettos was presiding, it was resolved by the goddess Atargatis and the meeting (koinon) of the society (thiasos) of the ancestral gods: Since Ophelion son of Enation, who has been approved by the goddess through the casting of lots, has been a priest of the ancestral gods and a good man, and since he demonstrated great zeal and love of glory both concerning the priesthood of the gods and concerning the meeting (koinon) of the . . . (remainder lost).
